Pingher
Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026. The short version: be kind, pay for premium if you use it, you own what you write.
1. The deal
Pingher is a service that helps you write and schedule messages to your partner, plan thoughtful moments, and track important dates. By signing in you accept these terms.
2. Account
You are responsible for what you write and send through Pingher. You must be 18+. Don't use Pingher to harass, threaten, or impersonate. Don't share your account.
3. Pingher+ subscription
Pingher+ is $4.99/month or $39.99/year (or local equivalent). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Profile → Manage subscription (web) or the App Store / Play Store subscriptions screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rated refunds.
4. Refunds
Stripe payments: we'll honour reasonable refund requests within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the premium AI quota. Apple / Google in-app purchases follow Apple's or Google's refund policy and must be requested directly from them.
5. AI suggestions
Pingher uses third-party AI (Anthropic Claude via Emergent) to generate suggestions. AI output is not always correct, kind, or appropriate — read each suggestion before you send it. You, not Pingher, are responsible for any message you send.
6. Affiliate disclosures
Some outbound links carry affiliate identifiers. Pingher may earn a commission if you purchase. You are never charged more for this.
7. Termination
You can delete your account anytime (Profile → Delete account). We can suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
8. Limitations
Pingher is provided "as is". We don't guarantee delivery of any specific message via SMS / WhatsApp / push — you remain responsible for any time-sensitive communication. Maximum liability is the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes go to courts of London, unless local consumer law gives you a stronger right.
