Child Safety Standards

1. Who Pingher is for

Pingher is built exclusively for adults aged 18 and over in committed romantic relationships with another adult. The app contains no chat or messaging between separate user accounts — every account writes messages only to their own designated adult partner. Minors are not permitted to create accounts, use the app, or be the subject of any content created within the app.

2. Zero tolerance

We have a strict, zero-tolerance policy against any content, behaviour, or material that depicts, promotes, solicits, or facilitates the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of children. This includes, without limitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualised depictions of minors, grooming behaviour, sexual solicitation of minors, and the encouragement or normalisation of any such acts.

Any account found to engage in any of the above will be permanently terminated, all associated data preserved as required by law, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities (see Section 5).

3. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Pingher to create, store, send, schedule, or share any of the following:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, real or computer-generated.
• Sexualised text, images, audio, video, or AI-generated content involving any person under 18.
• Content that grooms, solicits, befriends, or attempts to exploit a minor sexually.
• Content that promotes, glorifies, trivialises, or instructs others in the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
• Content that identifies, locates, or attempts to contact a minor for any sexual purpose.
• Any use of Pingher's AI-generation features to produce or attempt to produce any of the above.

4. How we prevent and detect abuse

• Age gating: Pingher's Terms of Service require users to be 18+ and confirm they are entering details about an adult partner. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated.

• AI safety: All AI suggestions are generated through Anthropic's Claude model (via Emergent's gateway), which is trained with strict safety policies refusing to produce sexualised content involving minors. Prompts attempting to generate such content are blocked at the model layer.

• Account review: We retain the right to review any account that is reported, flagged, or otherwise identified as potentially violating these standards.

• Cooperation with authorities: We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child-protection bodies, including responding to lawful requests for information and proactively reporting suspected CSAM.

5. How to report

If you encounter any content, behaviour, or account on Pingher that you believe violates these standards, please report it immediately by emailing safety@pingher.app. Include as much detail as you can — account email, message content, date, screenshots — and we will investigate within 24 hours of receipt.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

6. Enforcement

When a violation is confirmed we will, depending on severity and applicable law:

• Immediately and permanently suspend the offending account.
• Preserve the relevant content and account data as required by law.
• Report the incident to the appropriate national authority (e.g., NCMEC in the US, IWF in the UK).
• Cooperate fully with any subsequent law-enforcement investigation.
• Where lawful and appropriate, ban the underlying device or account from re-registering.

7. Our commitment

Pingher is a small, independent product built to help adults nurture loving, consensual, adult relationships. The safety of children is a non-negotiable foundation of what we do. We will continue to improve our detection, review, and reporting practices as the platform grows, and to align with the latest guidance from Google Play, Apple, NCMEC, IWF, INHOPE, and other recognised child-safety bodies.
